This policy explains how 340 Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) handles personal information through the 340 Digital website at digital.340solutions.com (the “Site”), our products, and related emails.
Information we collect
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if included), and whatever you write. We use it only to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
When you buy a product
Not yet in operation: the store is not open, no purchases are processed, and no order information is collected. The next paragraph describes how purchases will work once checkout opens.
Purchases are processed by our e-commerce provider, Payhip, and its payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payhip shares order information with us — typically your name, email address, the product purchased, price, date, and approximate location for tax purposes — so we can deliver your purchase, provide support, keep business records, and meet tax obligations.
When you subscribe to emails
Not yet in operation: email signup is not available, and we do not collect subscriber information. The next paragraph describes how it will work once signup opens.
If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address and (optionally) your first name through our email provider, MailerLite. We send only the updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Email providers may record whether messages are delivered, opened, or clicked.
When you browse the Site
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosts, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels. If you change the Site’s display settings (text size, contrast, or motion) or tick items on the free quick check, those choices are saved only in your own browser’s local storage so they apply on your next visit; they are not sent to us.
How we use information
- To deliver products, provide customer support, and tell you about corrections or updates to products you bought
- To send emails you have requested
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To keep business, accounting, and tax records and meet legal obligations
We don’t add buyers to marketing emails unless they separately sign up. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting, and tax purposes. Email subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Correspondence is kept as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and related follow-up.

- Access, correct, or delete: email info@340solutions.com. We may need to verify your request and may keep information we are required to retain by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to requests as those laws require.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site and products are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
