These terms apply to the 340 Digital website (the “Site”) and to digital products sold by 340 Solutions LLC, doing business as 340 Digital (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
Products and checkout
Not yet in operation: checkout is not open and no sales are being made. The next paragraph describes how purchases will work once checkout opens.
Our products are downloadable digital files. Checkout, payment, and delivery are handled by our checkout provider, Payhip, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The price is a one-time charge; there is no subscription. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
License
One purchase licenses one organization — the business, nonprofit, or other organization that bought the product or for which it was bought. A sole proprietor counts as one organization. That organization may use, copy, edit, and print the files for its internal purposes and share them with its employees, volunteers, board members, and authorized contractors or advisers working on its behalf, and may keep using its customized documents.
Consultants and IT providers. One purchase covers work for one client organization. You may customize the files and deliver the resulting documents to that client, which becomes the licensee. Each additional client requires its own purchase.
Not permitted. Selling, sublicensing, or giving away the files (edited or not); publishing them or making them publicly downloadable; or repackaging them, or substantial parts of them, into products for sale or distribution. We keep all rights not expressly granted, including copyright. Content your organization adds belongs to your organization. Each download includes the license and a dated copy of these terms.
Informational purposes only
Our products and Site content provide general information and practical templates. They are not legal, accounting, insurance, or other professional advice, and using them does not create a consulting or professional relationship. They do not guarantee that your organization will be secure or compliant with any law, regulation, contract, or standard. You are responsible for deciding how to use and adapt them; consult qualified professionals for advice about your specific situation.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Use of the Site
Please don’t misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate the law.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you make a purchase applies to that purchase, and a copy of that version is included in your download.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
